3D optical and mechanical measurements

Documentation and validation are essential when supplying medical disposables. Knudsen Plast operates with 3D optical and mechanical measurement. We use the Nikon iNexiv VMA-2520 CNC-controlled measuring machine which has a 200x zoom (10x optical) and a range of 250 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm.

 

Your options are:

  • Full measurement of all critical parameters for new products as part of validation, including capability analysis
  • Measurement with reference to CAD drawings
  • Random test measurement using critical points as part of manufacturer’s inspection
